Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfilment centres in the United States, Canada, and China. Due to high demand, it takes us 1 - 5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping centre. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfilment centre in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 5 - 12 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
(We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.)
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
