Returns & Refund
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we do not rest until our customers are happy. Thus, we have a 30-day return or exchange policy that starts when you receive your item. We may also offer full or partial refunds, on our sole discretion without having you return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additionally, you may also cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped out yet or if we don't have a tracking number for it. Just send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com with your name and order number.
*Shipping costs for returning items are to be paid by the customer.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order ID, and reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We'll then give you all of our return/exchange options, as well as our return address if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
